Linking related Online content to NCS Content articles#

Using the Add Online Links feature, you can link existing NCS Digital content to articles in the NCS Content client

Previously published stories in the Online Edit UI can be linked to stories in NCS Content. When the Content story is published to Online, the stories will remain linked in the Online Edit UI. If the Online templates are configured to do so, they will display as links on the published article webpage.

To search and select Online stories to link in NCS Content, select the Content story in the workbench, right click and select Add Online... > Online links... A window will open where you can filter the Online stories by channel, publish date, profile and other options. Select the options and click Search. The results will appear in the middle window where you can select them and click Add.
