This wiki was created and is maintained by newsroom web developer Joe Ruggeri using MkDocs and a theme provided by Read the Docs.

It covers only a small subset of tools and features of Newscycle Content and Newscycle Digital. GETTING HELP

If you run into issues with the CMS software or the website, you can contact Newscycle's help desk at the following numbers:

  • Daytime business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.): (813) 221-1600; listen for the prompts for either Digital (website) help or Content help.
  • After-hours help: (877) 729-6832. You'll get an answering service; they will take your name, number and details of your issue and a tech will call you back.
